Shinjuku Station is 350m away, giving direct JR Narita Express access from Narita Airport without transfers. Shibuya's scramble crossing is about 10 minutes by train. The surrounding area is packed with restaurants, bars, convenience stores, and entertainment, making it ideal for budget travellers wanting to explore central Tokyo on foot or by rail. The nearest airport limousine bus stop is at Tokyu Kabukicho Tower.

Capsules are placed side-by-side on gender-separated floors; women have a single secured floor, men have multiple floors where capsule and locker locations change daily. Each capsule contains a flat-screen TV, alarm clock, and a power outlet, but no individual temperature control. The capsule size is suitable for most travellers up to about 180cm; those taller may find the space tight. The dormitory is open-plan, so noise from neighbours, the lift, and the 5th-floor karaoke bar can carry. A curtain rather than a door provides visual privacy but does not block sound or light. Shared bathrooms and toilets are on separate floors. Bathing facilities for men are communal (public bath and sit-down showers); women have private shower booths. Air conditioning and heating are central. The overall atmosphere is basic and practical, better suited to short-stay, budget-conscious solo travellers than light sleepers or those wanting a quiet retreat.

The standard plan does not include breakfast; select plans may offer a simple continental-style breakfast starting at 07:00. The hotel has no restaurant or bar, but the 4th-floor lounge includes a microwave, vending machines for drinks, snacks, and instant noodles, and a shared space for eating. The surrounding area offers hundreds of dining options within a short walk, from ramen shops to izakayas and convenience stores, making it easy to find a meal to suit any preference and budget.

The men's wellness area includes a traditional Japanese public bath (sento) with two hot pools, a cold pool, and a steam sauna, providing a relaxing end to a day exploring Tokyo. The 24-hour front desk provides efficient check-in/out and can store luggage from 06:00 on the day of arrival. After check-out, luggage cannot be left but coin lockers on the ground floor are available. Laundry facilities (washing and drying machines) are on site for an additional charge. The building has one lift servicing floors 3-8; stairs are only available between the 3rd and 4th floors, which can cause queues at peak times.
