FIRST CABIN HANEDA TERMINAL 1, Tokyo

First Cabin is located on the upper floor of Haneda Airport's Domestic Terminal 1, a short walk from the terminal entrance and connected by the airport's free inter-terminal shuttle buses that run every few minutes (starting at 05:00). The observation deck is a 5-minute walk away. Terminal 3 (international) is accessible by the free shuttle, which takes about 10-15 minutes; the last bus from Terminal 3 departs at 00:15, after which a taxi is required. The hotel is ideal for early morning domestic flights or late-night layovers, but international passengers must clear immigration to reach Terminal 1 before entering Japan.

The hotel offers two cabin types: Business Class capsules are compact sleeping spaces, while First Class cabins have additional floor space inside the cabin, making it possible to store a large suitcase without placing it in the hallway. All cabins are single-occupancy and include a flat-screen TV, a small safe, and a bedside light. The privacy curtain has a gap at the top and bottom, allowing hallway light to enter; an eye mask is recommended. The floor is wooden over metal, so footsteps and curtain movement can be heard. Cabins are cleaned daily. For those with noise sensitivity, the environment is more challenging.

First Cabin does not have a restaurant, but the common lounge provides complimentary drip coffee and hot water. Vending machines offer a variety of snacks, drinks, and ice cream. The surrounding Terminal 1 has several dining options within a short walk, including Doutor Coffee, Starbucks, Vie de France, and a curry shop, all located 0.5 km away. A Lawson convenience store is on the basement floor and operates from early morning, useful for purchasing meals or essentials. Breakfast is not served by the hotel.

The hotel features a public onsen (hot bath) available around the clock, ideal for relaxing after a long flight. There are also three private shower booths with a changing area, and a women's powder room with hairdryers, straighteners, and complimentary toiletries including shampoo, conditioner, body soap, and skincare products. A couple of coin-operated massage chairs are located in the common lounge. The wet area is kept clean and well-maintained.

The 24-hour front desk is staffed by English-speaking personnel. Luggage storage is available from 05:00 on the day of check-in at no extra cost. For Business Class cabins, larger suitcases are stored at the cloakroom; First Class cabins can accommodate a suitcase inside the cabin. Free amenities include pajamas, slippers, towels, toothbrush, and toothpaste. A self-service laundry is available for a fee. Staff can assist with taxi bookings and provide wake-up calls. The hotel accepts American Express, Visa, Diners Club, JCB, UC, and UnionPay credit cards. Smoking is not allowed inside the property.
