PRIMEFLATS - APARTMENTS GENTER BERLIN-WEDDING, Berlin

The U-Bahn station (U6-Seestrasse) is roughly 4 minutes on foot, connecting directly to central Berlin and major landmarks. The Natural History Museum is 3 km away, the Memorial of the Berlin Wall is 4 km, and both Brandenburg Gate and Pergamon Museum are 5 km. Berlin Central Station is 4 km from the apartment, while Berlin Brandenburg Airport is 32 km. The surrounding street and building can feel unkempt and less inviting, especially in the evening; the location works best as a practical, budget-conscious base for exploring the city during the day. Multiple restaurants and a supermarket are within a 2-5 minute walk.

The property offers apartments with 1 or 2 separate bedrooms, a living room, and a private bathroom with bath and shower. The well-fitted kitchens include a stovetop, refrigerator, dishwasher, kitchenware, and a tea and coffee maker, plus an electric kettle. Bed configurations range from 3 to 4 beds. Parquet floors, a washing machine, and satellite TV are standard. Rooms are on the ground floor, which can feel cool and dark in cooler months. Sound insulation is limited - corridor noise, footsteps from upper floors, and nearby construction are frequent. Some units have glass bedroom doors that let in corridor light. Cleanliness has been inconsistent. The space and layout suit two couples more than families with small children.

No restaurant, bar, or breakfast is available at the property. The full kitchens - equipped with stovetop, fridge, dishwasher, kettle, and cookware - allow guests to prepare their own meals. A supermarket is within a 2-minute walk, and several casual dining spots such as Asia Deli, See Grillhaus, and Lei's Kuche are 0.5 km away. Guests wanting a fuller morning meal can use the kitchen or visit a nearby café, as breakfast is not offered on-site.

Wi-Fi is free and available in all areas. The express check-in and check-out process uses a self-service key-code system (Nuki) for a smooth, unstaffed arrival. Private check-in/out and an invoice are provided. Additional facilities include a washing machine, ironing facilities, and heating. Key access is used for security. There is no on-site parking, no airport shuttle, no restaurant, bar, spa, or pool. Pets are not allowed, and the entire property is non-smoking. Accepted payment methods include American Express, Visa, Diners Club, and MasterCard. Cots are available on request.
