The apartment complex sits at the heart of Mexico City's cultural and tourist district. Alameda Central park, the Fine Arts Palace, and the Memory and Tolerance Museum are all within a one-minute walk. The Zócalo main square is a 15-minute walk, and the Torre Latino, Barrio Chino, and Plaza Garibaldi are also within easy walking distance. Multiple restaurants, cafes, and bars are on the same block. The metro (Bellas Artes or Juárez stations) and the metrobus are about 10 minutes on foot. Despite the central location, the area is quiet and feels safe even in the evening, with a 24-hour doorman and key-only access for entry and exit. The fully equipped apartments make it easy to prepare meals, and in-unit laundry is a practical bonus for longer stays.

The apartments are spacious and spread across different floors and towers connected by elevators. Units include a living room, separate bedrooms, and one or two bathrooms with walk-in showers. Kitchens come with a stovetop, refrigerator, oven, microwave, coffee machine, kitchenware, and a dining area. Each apartment has a flat-screen TV with streaming services, a washing machine and dryer, ironing facilities, heating, and parquet flooring. Some two-bedroom suites feature a balcony with air conditioning and city or garden views; units without AC have high-quality fans. Beds are generally large and comfortable, though some units may have older furniture or worn towels. The apartment on the 12th floor offers panoramic views of Mexico City.

The property does not offer a restaurant or a prepared breakfast service. Each apartment has a full kitchen with a stovetop, refrigerator, oven, microwave, coffee machine, and a dining area where guests can prepare and eat their own meals. Several restaurants and cafes - including El Pescadito Centro Historico, Taqueria el Caifan, and Pizza Amore - are within a three-minute walk from the building, offering a wide variety of cuisines. There is also a minimarket on site for basic groceries and supplies.

The complex provides a complimentary fitness centre located in the adjacent tower, accessible via the lobby. The fitness equipment is in good condition. No spa, sauna, jacuzzi, or swimming pool is available on site. The tower also has a shared lounge, patio areas, and a children's playground. The apartment's terrace or balcony, when included, offers outdoor space for leisure.

Wi-Fi is available free of charge in each apartment. Private parking costs MXN 200 per day and must be reserved in advance; spaces are very limited. A parking garage is also available on site. The building features 24-hour security with CCTV, key card access, and a 24-hour porter at the main entrance. Luggage can be stored from 09:00, even before check-in. A paid airport pick-up service and inexpensive cellular SIM cards can be arranged but are no longer free. Meeting rooms are not offered as a dedicated business facility. There is no restaurant, spa, or swimming pool. Pets are not allowed.
