Nice-Ville train station is a 10-minute walk away, giving access to regional and high-speed rail. All major sights - the beach, Jean Médecin shopping street, and the Old Town - are within a 10-minute walk. The immediate area is packed with cafés, bars, and restaurants. Parking for a car is possible in an off-site garage less than 5 minutes on foot, but must be reserved and costs €20 per night.

Each of the seven units is individually decorated and housed on the ground floor of the building - no lift is needed. All rooms feature a private bathroom with a shower, hairdryer, and free toiletries. A small kitchenette is standard, equipped with a microwave, refrigerator, electric kettle, and basic cookware and cutlery. Rooms are compact: smaller units have a metal clothes rack instead of a wardrobe and limited drawer space.
