Easyhotel Nice Old Town is located beside the Acropolis Palais des Congrès, within a 10-15 minute walk of the Old Town and Promenade des Anglais.
The hotel sits on a busy road 700 metres from Place Garibaldi and 850 metres from the Port. Nice Riquier Train Station is 500 metres away, offering direct trains to Cannes, Monaco, and Italy. The tram stop (line 1) is a 10-minute walk, and a combined tram journey from the airport takes about 45 minutes (line 2 to Garibaldi, then line 1 to République). Several supermarkets, bakeries, and restaurants are within walking distance along Rue Bonaparte and around Place du Pin. The neighbourhood is generally quiet at night, though road-facing rooms can pick up street noise from cars and street cleaning.

Accommodation

All rooms were refurbished in 2025, are ensuite, and include a desk, flat-screen TV, premium sound insulation, and air conditioning.
The hotel offers double, twin, family, and quadruple rooms. Family and quadruple rooms are spacious and can accommodate up to 2-4 people; a crib can be requested in advance for a child up to 3 years old. Rooms have either a bath or shower with body wash, a hairdryer, and heating. There is no mini-bar, kettle, telephone, or safe; a fridge can be provided on request at reception. Some rooms are wheelchair accessible with grab rails, lower sinks, and emergency cords. The rooms are described as basic but functional, with good beds and comfortable mattresses. Road-facing rooms may be noisier; interior rooms are quieter.

Dining

A continental breakfast buffet is available for €11 per person, served in the hotel's breakfast area.
The buffet includes pastries, bread, jams, meats, and hot and cold drinks. The breakfast room is also used as a bar/lounge area where guests can purchase snacks and drinks from vending machines and the bar. There is no restaurant on site, but numerous restaurants, cafés, and bakeries are within a 5-10 minute walk around Place Garibaldi and Rue Bonaparte, including Le Jardin D'helene, L'Atelier de Julien, and Brasserie Gal (all 0.5 km away).

The hotel does not have a spa, swimming pool, or wellness centre.
Free sun umbrellas are provided for beach use. The outdoor terrace offers a space to relax. The hotel's location allows easy walking access to the Promenade des Anglais beach (15 minutes) and the historic centre.
