The hotel is situated off West Meadowview Road, close to the convention center and within walking distance of several chain restaurants including Hooters, Biscuitville, and Chili's. The Greensboro Science Center is 12 km away, and Piedmont Triad International Airport is 14 km. The immediate area includes a mix of commercial properties; the parking lot and building exterior show signs of wear with potholes and peeling paint. For events at the coliseum, the location is highly convenient.

Accommodation

Air-conditioned rooms with private bathroom, refrigerator, microwave, and work desk. Upper-floor rooms offer indoor hallway access.
