QUALITY INN & SUITES WEST EL PASO I-10, El Paso

The location is a primary advantage for those traveling through Texas, offering direct freeway access and a quiet sleep environment despite being next to the highway. Free on-site parking is available without reservation. Key nearby destinations include the Outlet Shoppes of El Paso, Sunland Park Mall, and Sunland Park Racetrack and Casino. The El Paso International Airport is a 25-minute drive away. There are restaurants and shops within a short drive, but no public transit is available, so a personal vehicle is essential for exploring the area.

Accommodation ranges from double rooms to family rooms and suites, all with cable TV and a work desk. The property shows its age in some areas, with reports of worn furniture, chipped paint, and outdated fixtures. However, recent renovations have improved many rooms, with new beds and a cleaner feel. Maintenance issues like broken window coverings, noisy air conditioning, and water leaks have been noted in older rooms. For the best experience, request a recently updated room. The property is non-smoking throughout and has a lift.

The outdoor swimming pool is a key leisure amenity, though its condition has been inconsistent-sometimes newly renovated and enjoyable, other times closed or poorly maintained. It is recommended to confirm its operational status before arrival, especially during warmer months. There are no other wellness facilities like a fitness center, spa, or hot tub.

Free parking on site, free Wi-Fi in rooms, and a 24-hour front desk are provided. The business centre is free to use. Laundry services are available for an additional charge. Daily housekeeping is complimentary. The property is accessible, with facilities for disabled guests, including raised toilets and grab rails. Safety features include key card access, CCTV, and smoke alarms. The elevator has been noted as having a bullet hole, and some main entrance doors are broken, so security should be considered.
