The property's accessible parking helps those with mobility needs.

The seasonal outdoor swimming pool is open from 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM daily, weather permitting, typically through September 30th. The pool area is fenced, with sun loungers, beach chairs, and pool/beach towels available free of charge. Guests also have access to a picnic area with barbecue grills and outdoor furniture. This is a practical leisure option, particularly for families and beach-goers returning from nearby Wrightsville Beach. There is no spa or wellness center on site.

Free high-speed Wi-Fi is available in all rooms and is also free in the business center, where fax and copy services are available at no charge. Free private parking requires a reservation, making it reliable. A guest laundry is on-site for an additional charge. The front desk provides an invoice, and safety features include key card access, smoke alarms, fire extinguishers, and a safety deposit box. Accessibility includes braille signage, wheelchair-accessible rooms, and accessible parking. Pets are allowed with a fee of $35 per night for the first four nights and $5 per night thereafter, with a maximum weight of 39 kg. The hotel does not offer an airport shuttle. Housekeeping is scheduled weekly, not daily; guests needing extra towels must exchange them at the front desk during office hours. The lobby closes at 11 PM, but late-night check-in is available.
