RAELI HOTEL LAZIO, Rome

Termini Station is a 3-minute walk, providing Line A and Line B metro, regional trains, and buses to the Colosseum (2 stops), Spanish Steps (3 stops), and Vatican City (via metro). Trevi Fountain is a 10-minute walk. The area around the station is busy and can feel less safe at night, but the hotel's courtyard location keeps street noise minimal. Numerous restaurants, cafés, and shops are within a few hundred metres. For airport transfers, the Terravision and SIT bus shuttles to Fiumicino and Ciampino depart from Termini station, and a train to Fiumicino runs every 15 minutes.

The hotel offers twin/double and triple rooms. Beds can be a double or two singles upon request. All rooms have a private bathroom with bath or shower, hairdryer, and complimentary toiletries. Some bathrooms lack a shower curtain, which can cause water to spread. Room sizes are modest, and the décor is dated but functional. Air conditioning is available, though some units may not cool effectively. Noise from corridors and adjacent rooms is a common concern due to thin walls; rooms facing the street can also hear traffic. A safe is available on request. There is no kettle or iron in the rooms. Daily housekeeping is provided, and towels are changed regularly. Rooms do not have a balcony.

For relaxation and physical activity, the hotel offers no on-site leisure facilities. The surrounding area provides parks, walking tours, and gyms accessible via Termini. The hotel's rear courtyard offers a basic outdoor space for a short break.
