Rambuttri Village Plaza sits on Rambuttri Road, a pedestrian-friendly street lined with restaurants, street food stalls, and massage shops. It is only 200-300 metres from the lively Khaosan Road noise yet the hotel itself remains surprisingly quiet. Major temples such as the Grand Palace, Wat Pho, and the Emerald Buddha are within a 15-minute walk. The Prah Athit Pier (orange-flag riverboats) is a few minutes away, offering inexpensive transport along the Chao Phraya River. For airport transfers, public bus S1 (Suvarnabhumi) and bus A4 (Don Mueang) stop near Khaosan Road; a taxi to Suvarnabhumi costs roughly 500 THB. The area is best explored on foot or by tuk-tuk, as the nearest metro station is about a 30-minute walk.

The hotel offers a range of room types: Standard Single (compact, no lift access), Deluxe Double/Twin, Deluxe Triple (one double plus one single bed), and Premier Double (often in a newer wing with a kettle and non-smoking option). All rooms include air conditioning, a cable TV, fridge, personal safe, and a desk. Bathrooms have hot showers and free toiletries; some are wet rooms without a separate shower tray. A Premier room adds a tea/coffee maker. Bedding tends to be firm, and air conditioning units can be loud - light sleepers may want to request a room in a quieter section. Walls are thin so noise from corridors and adjoining rooms may be audible. No balcony or connecting doors are available. Family groups can request adjacent rooms.

The on-site restaurant, Rambuttri Terrace, offers Thai and European dishes along with a range of beverages. For breakfast, a substantial buffet is served from 06:00 to 10:30 in a leafy courtyard next to a koi pond. The spread includes Asian choices (rice, noodles), Western items (eggs, bacon, pancakes), fresh fruit, yoghurt, and juices. An à la carte egg station is run daily. The breakfast is not included in the room rate and costs 299 THB per person. Dinner and lunch can also be enjoyed in the restaurant or on the outdoor terrace. The street itself is lined with inexpensive eateries and food stalls, but the hotel's own offerings are convenient and well-regarded.

There are two outdoor pools, both on the roof, offering panoramic views over the Rattanakosin skyline. Pool 1 (on Building A) and Pool 2 (on Building E) are open daily from 08:00 to 20:00, free for all guests. Sun loungers and beach chairs are available, but no lifeguard is on duty. The pool areas can get busy during peak hours, particularly in the afternoon. There is no spa or wellness centre on site, but the garden courtyard with picnic tables provides a relaxing alternative. The lively street below offers numerous massage shops and entertainment options.

Wi-Fi is free in all areas (connection may be unstable in some rooms). The front desk operates 24 hours and offers concierge, currency exchange, ATM cash machines, and tour booking. Daily housekeeping is included. A safety deposit box is available for an extra charge. Luggage storage can be arranged at the reception (free for short periods; longer storage may incur a fee). Iron and iron boards are provided upon request. Credit cards (Visa, MasterCard) are accepted but incur a surcharge; cash is recommended. Parking is not available, and the hotel does not run a shuttle. Designated smoking areas exist; non-smoking rooms are limited to the Premier category.
