Honolulu International Airport is a 20-minute drive by taxi (approx. $45-$50) or a $15/person shuttle booking in advance. Several restaurants (Mi Almita Cantina, Modo, Hideout, Matcha Cafe Maiko, Surf N Turf Tacos, Mikawon) are within 0.5 km. The location is among the highest-rated in Honolulu.

Each studio includes a queen-size Murphy bed that folds into a wall cabinet during the day, freeing up living space. The kitchenette is equipped with a 2-burner stovetop, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, refrigerator, and full cookware and utensils. The private bathroom has a shower with good water pressure. Rooms also offer a seating area with a sofa, cable flat-screen TV, desk, safe, tea/coffee-making facilities, and carpeted floors. The unit overlooks an inner courtyard, which may receive less street noise. Some rooms face the internal courtyard and others face the street; road-facing units receive higher noise levels from traffic and the downstairs club. The building has a lift. Rooms are basic and older in style but reported as functional and clean. Windows in the bathroom are not guest-adjustable.

The kitchenette provides all essential cookware and appliances for preparing meals, which helps reduce food costs. A guest launderette, ice machine, and beverage vending machine are on site. Grocery deliveries can be arranged for an additional charge.
