Khao San Road is a 10-minute walk for nightlife and street food; Bangkok National Museum is 700 metres away. The area is filled with massage shops, restaurants, bars, and convenience stores. The nearest BTS station (Saphan Taksin) is a 30-minute boat ride or taxi ride away; Don Mueang Airport is a 40- to 60-minute drive. The riverside footpath gives direct access to a walkable route along the water, connecting to major sights without crossing busy roads.

Room options include standard double or twin rooms, superior rooms, junior suites, and top-floor suites. The superior double room does not have a balcony; to get a balcony, book a level that specifies 'balcony river view' or 'balcony city view'. The triple room has three single beds, no balcony, and limited space - no extra bed can be added. The top-floor (6th floor) suites feature a separate living room and balcony with the best river views. All private bathrooms have a walk-in shower; some rooms include a bathtub. Air conditioning is standard, but the unit is centrally controlled in some rooms and cannot be adjusted individually. The property is older and some rooms show wear. Road-facing rooms can be noisy, and light sleepers may prefer a higher floor or room facing the river. Rooms on the lower floors may have balconies overlooking the breakfast terrace with a view blocked by trees.
