Riverhouse Convention Center, River's Edge Golf Course, and Bend River Promenade Shopping are all within 5 km. The immediate area around the hotel includes some homeless encampments, which can make walking feel less safe after dark; driving or biking is recommended for most errands. Free bicycles are available for rent on-site, and downtown is also easily reached by bike via the back route.
