Piazza Navona is a 2-minute walk; the Pantheon is 600 metres away, and Castel Sant'Angelo is just across the Tiber. The exclusive shopping district on Via dei Condotti is an 8-minute walk. Most major landmarks, including the Trevi Fountain (15 minutes) and the Colosseum (20-25 minutes on foot), are reachable without public transport, though bus stops and the hop-on-hop-off service are within a few minutes' walk. The street is notably quiet for its central position, and the surrounding area offers a wide selection of cafés, bars, and restaurants within a 5-minute radius.

Accommodation types include Superior rooms, Junior Suites, Deluxe rooms, and a single Suite.
