RESIDENZA TERMINI, Rome

The property is an 8-minute walk from Roma Termini Train Station and 600 m from Roma Termini Metro Station, making it easy to connect to all major attractions and Roma Ciampino Airport (15 km away). The surrounding embassy district is notably quiet and safe, yet within a 2-3 minute walk you'll find a supermarket, several restaurants, a pharmacy, and a taxi stand. Walking times: 25 minutes to the Colosseum or Trevi Fountain, 16 minutes to Villa Borghese, 14 minutes to Sapienza University. Public transport is the most practical way to explore; driving is not recommended due to limited and costly parking.

Residenza Termini offers a range of apartments from one-bedroom units to two-bedroom configurations, each with a private bathroom (shower and bidet), air conditioning, and free Wi-Fi. The kitchens come with a stovetop, refrigerator, microwave, kettle, toaster, and all essential cookware. Rooms vary in size, but even the smaller flats are generally described as spacious. Some apartments feature a sofa bed (not in standard or two-bedroom units), and double beds cannot be separated. The property has no balconies, but many rooms overlook a quiet inner courtyard or garden. The elevator opening is narrow (50 cm) with three steps to reach it, limiting wheelchair accessibility.

Residenza Termini does not serve breakfast or operate a restaurant, bar, or cafe. For meals, the area immediately surrounding the property has a wide variety of restaurants-eight options are within 0.5 km, including Italian, Ethiopian, Eritrean, and Peruvian cuisines as well as a bar and a trattoria. A large supermarket (Conad) is just a 1-2 minute walk away, useful for picking up supplies for the fully equipped kitchen in each apartment. The staff provide a map with recommended restaurants.

Residenza Termini has no spa, wellness centre, or swimming pool. The building does feature a secure inner courtyard that can be used for relaxation, and some apartments offer garden views. For outdoor leisure, Villa Borghese is a 16-minute walk away, offering large parkland, walking paths, and cultural attractions.

Internet access is free of charge in all rooms, though connection speed is sufficient for browsing and streaming (Netflix available on smart TVs). The building has a lift (narrow opening) and secure access via key or coded doors. Housekeeping is available as an extra service, requested at check-in. A basement laundry room has washing machines (€3) and dryers (€2), ironing boards and irons, and a vending machine for detergent. Paid luggage storage lockers (€5/box/day) in the basement mean you can explore baggage-free before check-in or after check-out. A safety deposit box is provided free in each room.
