The residence sits on a quiet street just off the Part-Dieu hub, giving direct access to TGV services, metro lines, tram stops and bus routes. The Rhône Express tram to Lyon-Saint Exupéry airport stops at the station and costs €16.70 per person - a taxi would be around €60-80. The immediate area is residential and contains a supermarket and bakery within a few minutes' walk. Vieux Lyon and the Presqu'île are reachable by metro or a 20-minute walk. The station's shopping centre adds further dining and convenience options.

A paid breakfast is available; the surrounding area includes several cafés and restaurants within a 10-minute walk.
Breakfast costs €10 and can be taken as a buffet in the breakfast room or delivered to the room on request. The buffet includes croissants, bread, yogurt, fruit juice, hot drinks and jams. During peak periods the breakfast room can fill quickly, so arriving early is advisable. For other meals, the kitchenette in every room provides self-catering flexibility. Several restaurants (La Billebaude, Autour du Monde, Campanile) are within 0.3-0.5 km, and the Part-Dieu shopping centre also offers a food court.
