Public transport options include metro (Marina stop), bus, and tram lines within a few minutes' walk, making car-free exploration straightforward. The location is highly central, with most major sights and the historic centre within walking distance.

Rooms range from single studios to quadruple configurations (with single beds-no double beds are available). Each has a private bathroom with a walk-in shower and towels provided, air conditioning or a fan depending on the room type, plus a kitchenette equipped with a fridge, hotplates, microwave, and basic cookware and utensils. Standard rooms and studios do not have air conditioning and instead rely on fans, which may not sufficiently cool the space during the hottest months. Some rooms in the building have poor sound insulation, so noise from neighbours and the street can be audible. Rooms facing the park or internal courtyard tend to be quieter. Room sizes vary; standard rooms are compact, while some studios offer a separate living area with a sofa bed. Executive rooms include a flat-screen TV and daily cleaning. Heating is available in cooler months.

The residence includes a fitness centre with gym equipment available free of charge.
