The property is situated in the central Campo de' Fiori district, placing most major landmarks within easy walking distance: the Pantheon is a 10-minute walk away, Trastevere is 3 km, and the Colosseum is about a 25-minute walk. Roma Termini station is a 10-15 minute taxi ride or 20 minutes by bus. The area is surrounded by excellent dining options-Open Baladin, Roscioli, and Dar Filettaro are all within 0.5 km-and a local market fills the square daily. Using public transport, the tram stop nearby makes car-free city access easy. On-foot exploration is the primary way to get around; taxis can be called, but they rarely stop directly outside due to narrow streets. For those arriving by car, the property has no parking, but two public garages are nearby.

Accommodation is spread across several buildings; some rooms are in the main building, others across the road. The property offers Budget, Superior, and Deluxe rooms. Deluxe rooms are the most spacious, with some featuring a balcony (only 2 rooms, not guaranteed) and a separate single bed for triple occupancy. All rooms include a private bathroom with a shower, free slippers, and toiletries; some Deluxe bathrooms have an open-plan design. Each room has a seating area, a wardrobe (or a clothes rack in some rooms), a table (not a dedicated desk), a mini bar fridge, and an electric kettle. Daily housekeeping is provided. The best rooms are modern and clean, with comfortable beds, but some rooms (especially standard ones) may feel basic, small, or dated, with issues such as mould, damp smells, or poor soundproofing. The small lift can be unreliable and fits only one person with luggage. It is strongly advisable to request a specific room well in advance and to confirm the room's condition upon arrival.

Breakfast is a buffet served at a bar located about 200 metres away from the main building, in a separate café. The cost is €20 per person.
