Nice Ville train station is a 6-minute walk, giving direct connections to the airport (via tram) and the French Riviera. The Promenade des Anglais, the beach, and Nice's main shopping streets are all within a 10-15 minute walk. Old Town is approximately 1 km. Several restaurants, cafés, and a kosher district (including a Chabad synagogue) are within a 5-minute radius. Public transport includes trams and buses from the station area.

Rooms vary significantly by building section. The newer wing has spacious, well-equipped rooms with a fridge, coffee machine, kettle, and air conditioning, plus a balcony or terrace with garden views. Standard rooms in the older wing are compact, often with limited space around the bed, minimal storage, and small bathrooms with walk-in showers and shower curtains. Some rooms have soundproof walls, but thin internal partitions mean noise from adjacent rooms can be an issue. Garden-facing rooms are quieter. Triple rooms have one double and one single bed; twin beds can be arranged on request (subject to availability). All rooms have a private bathroom with hairdryer, free toiletries, and a safety deposit box. An electric kettle and coffee machine are standard in newly renovated rooms; older rooms may not include these.

Breakfast includes continental, full English/Irish, and buffet options, with fresh bread, pastries, eggs, hot drinks, and fruit. For more extensive wellness, the beach and Promenade des Anglais are a 10-15 minute walk, and the city's cafés, parks, and historic streets are easily reachable on foot.
