Vesterport S-train station is a 2-minute walk, giving direct access to the airport (via train to Central Station then transfers) and to Malmö. The bus stop is directly outside the hotel. City Hall Square, The Lakes, and the Tivoli Gardens are all less than 10 minutes away. The neighbourhood is lively, with many restaurants, cafes, and shops within a short stroll. For those arriving by air, the most convenient route is to take the train from the airport to Vesterport station (3-minute walk from the hotel). There is no hotel shuttle service, but taxis and public transport are readily available.

Standard rooms are compact (12-18 m2) and best suited for short stays. Superior and Suite rooms offer more space (24 m2+), with separate seating areas, coffee capsule machines, and extra amenities. All rooms have a writing desk, flat-screen TV, safe, and ironing facilities. The bathrooms are modern but small; the shower tends to flood the floor due to the lack of a raised lip. There is no air conditioning - a fan is provided. Windows can be opened, but street noise may be an issue for front-facing rooms. The beds are Carpe Diem; firmness varies, with many finding them too soft. Noise insulation between rooms is limited, so light sleepers should request a quiet room away from the lift and stairwell. A shared balcony runs along some floors, offering outdoor space but limited privacy. No minibar or refrigerator in the room, but the reception can store medicines if needed.
