East Square Tokyo sits in a quiet residential neighbourhood, a short stroll from Morishita Station on the Toei Shinjuku and Oedo Lines, making central Tokyo easy to reach. Haneda Airport is accessible via train in about 50 minutes (Toei Oedo Line transferring to Toei Asakusa Line). The area is well served by convenience stores (FamilyMart, Lawson, 7-Eleven), a large supermarket (LIFE) within a 10-minute walk, and numerous local restaurants, bakeries, and cafes. The location is away from the busiest tourist zones, offering a peaceful retreat while still providing quick metro access to Akihabara (4 stations) and Shinjuku. The A6 station entrance has a lift, which is practical for those with strollers or luggage.

Accommodation is apartment-style, with two-bedroom suites offering 43 m2 of space (including balcony). Each bedroom contains two single beds (total of four single beds in the suite), and bedrooms are separated by partitions with doors, providing privacy. A small tatami room can accommodate two extra futons (maximum occupancy of six). The living area includes a dining table, sofa, and flat-screen TV. Each room has independently adjustable air conditioning and heating. An in-room washer/dryer, induction stove, microwave, and electric kettle are standard. The bathroom has a separate toilet and shower, with free toiletries (shampoo, body soap, facial foam, hair dryer) and plenty of towels supplied. Rooms are noted as spacious by Tokyo standards, modern, clean, and well-ventilated with a balcony.

Wellness and leisure facilities are limited on-site. There is a small shared terrace on the property. The quiet residential area itself offers pleasant walks along the canal and a local, less touristy atmosphere.
