RIVIERA MOTEL, Anaheim

The motel sits on a well-lit avenue, just 1 km (5-7 minutes on foot) from the Disneyland entrance and a few minutes from the Anaheim Convention Center. A Walgreens, Starbucks, and 7-Eleven are on the same block, and over a dozen restaurants - including The Cheesecake Factory and IHOP - are within a 5-minute walk. Angel Stadium is 3 km away, John Wayne Airport 21 km, and Knott's Berry Farm 11 km. Free on-site parking is available but must be reserved in advance due to limited space.

Each room offers essential comforts for a budget stay. Bed options include one or two queen beds; mattresses are firm. Work desks and chairs are provided. All rooms are non-smoking. The motel is older and basic - some rooms have thin walls and audible noise from neighbors or the heating unit. Light sleepers may request a quieter room away from common areas. Daily housekeeping is included, but cleanliness and maintenance can vary; inspecting the room upon check-in is recommended. Some rooms have limited electrical outlets near the bed and a step up to the bathroom.

Breakfast typically includes bread, pastries, and hot beverages. For those seeking a fuller meal or varied cuisine, the surrounding block offers The Cheesecake Factory, Roy's Restaurant, Subway, California Pizza Place, and many others within 5 minutes on foot. A Starbucks is also located on the corner.
