The hotel sits at the intersection of Katella Avenue and Harbor Boulevard, directly across from the Disneyland Resort entrance. The main gate is a 10-15 minute walk, and the Anaheim Convention Center is just 5 minutes away. Los Angeles International Airport is 40 minutes by car. There is no hotel shuttle to Disneyland or the airport, but the ART bus stops at the end of the driveway and tickets are sold at the front desk. A CVS pharmacy is located directly below the hotel, and Anaheim Garden Walk with several restaurants and shops is within a few minutes' walk. Parking is available on-site for a fee with in-and-out privileges. Some rooms face the park and offer views of Disneyland fireworks.

All units are air-conditioned suites with a separate living and sleeping area, a work desk, tea and coffee maker, ironing facilities, and a flat-screen TV with streaming services. Most suites offer a sitting area with a sofa bed - those expecting to use it should note that the sofa bed may be less comfortable. Some rooms feature bunk beds suitable for older children. Rooms ending in odd numbers (especially 39 and 41) face the busy Katella-Harbor intersection and can experience traffic noise; even-numbered rooms face an alley and are quieter. Road-facing rooms may be less suitable for light sleepers. A limited number of park-view rooms are available. Balconies are not available. Wheelchair-accessible rooms with roll-in showers and grab rails are offered. The property is older and some fixtures may show signs of wear, but rooms are generally clean.

Breakfast runs from 6:30AM to 9:30AM in the lobby area. The buffet offers a variety of hot and cold items such as eggs, oatmeal, pastries, cereals, and Mickey waffles. Gluten-free options are available; breakfast bags are also available daily. The breakfast area can be busy during peak times (around 7:00AM-8:00AM) but seating is usually sufficient. There is a Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf on-site with extended hours, but no bar. Several restaurants are within a 5-minute walk, including Sabrosada Fresh Mexican Food, Blaze Pizza, and Bubba Gump Shrimp Co.

The outdoor heated pool is located on the 5th floor (rooftop) and is open year-round from 7:00AM to 10:00PM. Pool towels, sun loungers, and umbrellas are provided at no charge. The pool area offers a view of the Disneyland fireworks in the evening. The fitness centre is free to use and includes standard cardio and strength equipment. There is no spa or hot tub on site.

Wi-Fi is free and available in all areas. The 24-hour front desk provides express check-in/check-out, luggage storage (at the front desk), and can sell ART bus tickets for Disneyland access. A self-service laundry is located on the 5th floor; dry cleaning and meeting/banquet facilities are available for an additional charge. The business centre and shared lounge/TV area are free to use. The hotel is fully non-smoking, with key card access and a safety deposit box. Pet fee is $75 plus tax, with no size restrictions. Accessible parking and wheelchair-accessible rooms are available.
