ROAMI AT THE CARMELA, Miami Beach

The property is a two-minute walk from Miami Beach, offering direct beach access. Free Miami Beach Trolley and public bus stops are right outside, providing easy transport to central Miami Beach, Miami, and Miami International Airport (15 km away). Nearby attractions include the Holocaust Memorial and Lincoln Road. A 24-hour CVS supermarket is next door, and restaurants such as Jules Kitchen, Beaches Bar & Grill, and WunderBar are within a 5-minute walk. No on-site parking exists; the recommended solution is Parkopedia for nearby lots, with a municipal parking lot a 5-minute walk away costing around $8 per day.

The apartments range from one-bedroom units to larger four-bedroom layouts, accommodating between 2 and 8 people. Each has a private entrance, air conditioning, heating, a flat-screen TV, and a full kitchen with stovetop, refrigerator, kitchenware, tea and coffee maker, and toaster. A washing machine, tumble dryer, and essentials like a hairdryer and iron are included. Higher-floor units may have street views, while interior-facing rooms receive less natural light. Some units have noise from neighboring apartments and street traffic; units with windows that cannot be opened limit fresh air circulation. Bed comfort is generally good, with some reports of older mattresses in certain rooms.

The apartments do not include a restaurant, bar, or breakfast service. The full kitchen with stovetop, refrigerator, microwave, and dishwasher allows guests to prepare meals. Coffee, tea, and basic cooking supplies are often provided. A CVS supermarket next door and several restaurants within a 2-5 minute walk - including Jules Kitchen, Beaches Bar & Grill, Cadillac Cafe, and Florida Grill - cover dining out.
