South Beach is 10 km and Wynwood Art District about 5 km by vehicle. The area has a range of restaurants within walking distance and is considered safe to walk around at night near the main venues.

Standard rooms are equipped with a full-sized double bed (or two doubles in some configurations). The bathrooms are small; in some rooms the sink is located in the sleeping area. Air conditioning units are typical window-mounted models that can be noisy and may struggle to cool the room during hot weather. Windows may not open fully or have broken frames. TV size is small with limited channel reception. Storage and counter space are minimal - no dresser or nightstand in many rooms. Bedding quality varies; some linens may have stains.
