The Aqua Hotel & Suites offers deluxe rooms, suites, and a penthouse loft. Room options range from 220 to 1,000 square feet, accommodating up to four people. Standard King and Queen rooms have a desk/work space, a seating corner, and a bathroom with a tub/shower combination. One Bedroom Suites include a living/dining room area and tropical greenery views. Jr Suites offer a separate sitting/dining area and a sofa bed. Some suites have a kitchenette and walk-in shower. Every guestroom comes with a small refrigerator, a microwave, an en suite safe, and a private bathroom with a hairdryer. Rooms feature a plush King or Queen bed and Wi-Fi.

The Aqua Hotel is near South Beach, providing access to the shoreline and crystalline waters. It is located in Espanola Way, a historic street with European flair, and is an 11-minute walk from the shops and restaurants of Lincoln Road Mall.
