ROME JUBILEE STAYS 2, Rome

The property is situated in Rome city centre, with Vittorio Emanuele Metro Station a 3-minute walk away and Rome Termini Train Station 1 km (around 12 minutes on foot). Santa Maria Maggiore is less than 1 km, and the Colosseum is 2 km away. Domus Aurea is a 15-minute walk, and Porta Maggiore lies 800 metres from the accommodation. Rome Ciampino Airport is 13 km away. The immediate street can feel less secure at night with a visible homeless presence; daytime access to transport and landmarks is excellent, but evening returns may feel less comfortable on foot.

Each double room features air conditioning, a private bathroom with either a bath or shower, a hairdryer, and free toiletries. Additional in-room amenities include a flat-screen TV, tea and coffee maker, dining table, wardrobe, slippers, and a refrigerator and microwave in a shared common kitchen kettle. Rooms are generally clean, tidy, and well-organised, with daily linen and towel changes. Some units have a very compact bathroom and limited space to move, and the sink may drain slowly. The building lift is occasionally unreliable. The surrounding street noise and thin walls can affect sleep quality; rooms may feel basic but practical for short city breaks.

Services include private and express check-in and check-out, and luggage storage is available before check-in and after check-out. Multilingual reception staff speak German, English, Spanish, French, and Italian. Daily housekeeping changes linens and towels. On-site public parking costs €8 per day and does not require a reservation. Safety features include CCTV in common areas and fire extinguishers. The property is non-smoking throughout, and an invoice can be provided. No internet access is available.
