The hotel sits in a quiet residential part of Bangkok, around 10-15 minutes from Ekamai and Thonglor and 10 minutes from Gateway Ekamai. BTS Phra Khanong is about 1 km away and the free hotel shuttle covers the connection; the shuttle also runs to Airport Link Ramkhamhaeng, where trains reach Suvarnabhumi in roughly 15 minutes. By road the airport is 25 km or about 30 minutes away. Emporium Shopping Mall is 5 km and Lumphini Park is 9 km from the hotel. The immediate area is a local neighbourhood with shops, cafés and restaurants within a short walk, on a calm street near busy Sukhumvit Road.

The seven room types range from Superior and Deluxe to family twins, balcony doubles, executive rooms, suites and the top-floor Honeymoon Suite - Sky Garden. Each floor has its own design theme, including Thai-Moroccan, vintage European and the sixth-floor executive penthouse with a garden; individual rooms mix Thai-Chinese, oriental, vintage French and European décor with teak and rattan furniture. Penthouse options feature Oriental, Monaco or Vintage styling. All rooms come with 40-inch LED TVs, premium cable and free movie channels, rainfall showers, hairdryers, work desks, sofa beds, electric kettles, fridges and complimentary bottled water. Some suites add cooking facilities, separate living rooms and garden-facing terraces. Balcony rooms are available depending on selected dates, and smoking is permitted on balconies. Family rooms are available. Rooms are clean and spacious, quiet at night, with a comfortable medium-firm bed feel.

The on-site restaurant has a family-friendly, traditional-meets-modern setting and is open daily from 07:00 to 21:00. The menu covers Thai specialities such as pad thai, som tam and khanom jin, as well as European and American mains; Thai dishes start at 60 THB, European dishes at 90 THB, and cocktails at 129 THB. Banquet, seminar and karaoke arrangements start at 200 THB. Breakfast is cooked to order rather than served as a buffet, and includes freshly prepared dishes, juice and fruit, with coffee, tea and toast available. A corner bar, coffee shop and 24-hour room service round out the dining options.

The fitness centre is free to use, and spa and massage treatments are available on site, along with a sauna and jacuzzi. Outdoor spaces include a garden, terrace and the top-floor Sky Garden with Asian-inspired planting, which is part of the executive penthouse and Honeymoon Suite area.
