The hotel sits on a quiet side street opposite the Sorbonne medical school in a safe, university-adjacent area. Cluny-la Sorbonne Metro station is 280 m away, with Odeon and Saint-Michel stations also within a 5-minute walk. RER B from Charles de Gaulle Airport stops at Saint-Michel, a 5-minute walk, eliminating the need for airport shuttles. Notre-Dame is about 7-10 minutes on foot, the Louvre 15 minutes, and the Eiffel Tower 20-30 minutes by public transport. A Monoprix supermarket is 0.5 km away, and a wide range of brasseries, bakeries, and restaurants line the nearby streets.

All rooms have a private bathroom with a bath or shower, hairdryer, and complimentary toiletries, plus a safe, wardrobe, work desk, and carpeted floor. Triple rooms include a minibar; most rooms have one double bed (some with a single alongside), while twin and quadruple configurations offer two or three beds respectively. The rooms are small by European standards - the bed is often placed against one wall and bathroom/shower spaces are very compact. Some rooms have partial or full Eiffel Tower views, with only two rooms (a double and a quadruple) having a very small balcony. Noise from adjoining rooms or hot-water pipes can be audible, but soundproofing helps reduce street noise. Air conditioning is available and works well.

The breakfast buffet includes bread, pastries, butter, jam, cheese, cereal, yogurt, fruit, eggs, juice, tea, and coffee. Gluten-free bread is available when requested in advance. The breakfast room is small, and during peak times there may be a wait for a seat. Hot drinks can be purchased at the reception throughout the day at a small cost, as no kettles are provided in the rooms. A Monoprix supermarket and numerous bakeries, brasseries, and restaurants are within a 5-minute walk for additional meal options.

Wellness and leisure options are not provided at the hotel. The surrounding Latin Quarter offers parks such as Luxembourg Gardens (500 m away), and cultural attractions like the Louvre, Notre-Dame, and the Seine are within walking distance.
