HOTEL EUGENIE, Paris

The hotel sits on a lively street packed with restaurants, cafes, and shops. The Saint-Michel Metro and RER B station is a 3-minute walk, providing a direct 15-minute connection to Gare du Nord (Eurostar) and a 25-minute metro ride to the Eiffel Tower. The area is safe and walkable, with the Latin Quarter's famous nightlife and dining right on your doorstep. Nearby landmarks include the Sorbonne, the Panthéon, and the Odéon Theatre. For airport transfers, take the RER B from CDG directly to Saint-Michel; no hotel shuttle is available.

Rooms are carpeted and equipped with heating, a safe, and a minibar stocked with water. Soundproofing varies; street-facing rooms may pick up noise from the lively neighbourhood, while courtyard-facing rooms are quieter. Bathrooms are compact; some rooms have a shower over bath, others a walk-in shower. A few rooms on the top floor have sloping ceilings and very small toilets with a wooden beam. Room sizes range from very compact (especially doubles) to generously sized for two. Daily housekeeping includes towel changes. No tea/coffee facilities in rooms, but hot water is available 24/7 in the breakfast room. Family rooms are available, but maximum occupancy is three adults. The lift serves most floors, but a few steps to some rooms remain.

Breakfast is a standard continental buffet with bread, pastries, butter, jam, cheese, ham, yoghurt, boiled eggs, coffee, tea, and juice. Most items are individually packaged. No hot cooked options or fresh fruit are offered. The dining room is open during breakfast hours, and room service is available at no additional cost. Guests with dietary restrictions should request gluten-free bread in advance. For those wanting a heartier meal, numerous cafes and bakeries are within a 1-minute walk. There is no on-site restaurant or bar for lunch or dinner.

There are no leisure amenities within the property. Guests looking for fitness or relaxation services should use nearby public gyms or spa centres. The hotel's location is ideal for walking to major sights and using the metro to reach parks (e.g., Jardin du Luxembourg is 15 minutes on foot). The 24-hour front desk can recommend local options for wellness activities.
