A free town shuttle stops roughly 6.1 m from the top of the driveway, running every 20-30 minutes from 6 AM to 2 AM. The resort's own shuttle operates from 8 AM to 10 PM. Eagle County Regional Airport is 53 km away; Denver International can be reached via Colorado Mountain Express shuttle service. Vail Nordic Center and Vail Golf Club are both 6 km away, while Frisco Historic Park is 44 km. The nearest grocery store is 3 km and the resort provides a free shuttle there twice a week.

Units range from studios to spacious two-bedroom condos, all with fully equipped kitchens (stovetop, refrigerator, dishwasher, cookware), private bathrooms, and flat-screen TVs with DVD players. A one-bedroom condo typically has a queen and a twin in the bedroom plus a sofa sleeper in the living room. Two-bedroom units include a king in the master, a queen and a twin in the second bedroom, a sofa sleeper, and two to three full bathrooms - some also feature a washer/dryer. A loft-style unit places twin beds and a sofa bed upstairs with a full kitchen and bathroom below. Units with a creek view offer a noticeably quieter, more scenic setting. Building access has elevators and no steps inside units. A CD player and fireplace are available in select apartments.

There is no restaurant on the property, but every condo is stocked with a full kitchen (stovetop, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, tea/coffee maker) so self-catering is straightforward. A grocery delivery service can be arranged for an additional charge, and vending machines (drinks and snacks) are available. For dining out, several options are within a short drive: Chicago Pizza (1 km), plus Avalanche Pub, Moe's Original BBQ, Blue Moose Pizza, and Tavern On The Square (all 2 km). The resort shuttle also offers scheduled runs to the grocery store.
