The apartments sit in the historic heart of Florence, directly across from the Mercato Centrale and its food hall. The Cathedral of Santa Maria del Fiore, Piazza del Duomo and Palazzo Vecchio are all within a short walk. Santa Maria Novella station is 400 metres away, providing rail links across Tuscany and a direct tram connection (€1.50 per person) to Florence Airport 7 km away. Several restaurants, bars and supermarkets are within 300 metres. The area is lively during the day with market vendors and street activity, but the apartments remain quiet due to soundproof windows and interior-facing rooms. For car users, public parking is available at a nearby garage (50 metres away) or at Villa Costanza, costing €40 per day.

Two apartment types are available: the Superior (up to 4 people, with a double bed or twin beds in one room and a double sofa bed with memory mattress in the second) and the Deluxe (up to 5 people, with a very large bedroom that can be configured as one double and three single beds, plus a double bed in the living room). Each has one private bathroom with a shower, bidet, hairdryer and free toiletries. All apartments include air conditioning, heating, soundproof windows, a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, a fully equipped kitchen (microwave, fridge, stovetop, kettle, coffee machine, cookware and dining area), and free high-speed Wi-Fi (250 Mbps). The apartments are on the first floor (17 steps, no lift), with the host providing luggage assistance on arrival and departure. The interior-facing rooms are quiet and some feature original historical frescoes. The property is clean, comfortable and well suited to families or groups wanting a self-catering base.

There is no restaurant or breakfast service on site. Each apartment provides a fully equipped kitchen including a microwave, fridge, stovetop, kettle and coffee machine, ideal for preparing meals. The Mercato Centrale is across the street, featuring a large food court with a wide variety of cuisines and a fresh market for groceries. For a morning drink, Bar H9 is 300 metres distant.

The apartments feature free Wi-Fi with a speed tested at 250 Mbps (suitable for streaming and video calls).
