The apartments sit directly behind Piazza della Signoria, placing most major sights-including Santa Croce, the Duomo, and the Uffizi-within a short walk. Florence's main train station, Santa Maria Novella, is a 15-minute walk or a quick taxi ride away. The immediate streets are filled with shops, cafés and Tuscan restaurants, and several highly rated dining options are within 300 metres. Despite the central position, the area around the apartments can remain relatively quiet at night, though road-facing units may pick up street noise from late-night activity.

All apartments feature a private entrance, air conditioning, a flat-screen TV, and a well-equipped kitchen with stovetop, refrigerator, dishwasher, and microwave. Bathrooms include a shower and hairdryer; two-bedroom and three-bedroom units have multiple bathrooms (some with two or three). Washing machines are available in all two-bedroom apartments and in most units. Some apartments include a balcony. The interiors range from modern and bright to classic and atmospheric, though a few units in older buildings may feel darker or have mezzanine sleeping areas. Storage is generous, and beds are generally comfortable, with the option to separate a double bed into singles in the Diana apartment. Light sleepers should request a unit away from the street, as windows may not be double-glazed in some buildings.

There is no breakfast included or available on-site. The apartments come with a fully equipped kitchen, including a kettle, stovetop, refrigerator, dishwasher, and microwave, making it easy to prepare meals. For those who prefer eating out, more than a dozen cafés and Tuscan restaurants are within a 300-metre walk, including options like La Prosciutteria, Trattoria Anita, and Il Bufalo Trippone. The street also features historic wine windows and gelaterias.

Wi-Fi is free throughout. Lift access is available in the building for two-bedroom apartments (Diana and Margherita) and the three-bedroom apartment; one-bedroom apartments may require stairs. Reception is staffed part-time (typically 10:00-afternoon) and can hold luggage for early arrivals or late departures on Tuesday-Saturday. On Sunday and Monday, a paid luggage shop at Via Anguillara, 58/r is available. Check-in uses a self-service system with a key code. Air conditioning, heating, and smoke alarms are fitted throughout. Cots and high chairs can be provided on request. Parking is not on site; paid garages are located within a 2-4 block walk, and the apartments are inside the ZTL restricted zone.
