HOTEL BELLAVISTA, Florence

The hotel is located on Via Nazionale, a two-minute walk from Firenze Santa Maria Novella station and the tram stop to the airport. It sits outside the ZTL limited traffic zone, allowing direct car access. The Duomo, Piazza della Signoria, and the Uffizi are within a comfortable 10-15 minute walk. The area is well supplied with restaurants, grocery shops, and a supermarket diagonally across the street. The hop-on hop-off bus stop is just across the road. Rooms facing Via Nazionale can be affected by traffic noise until late, while rooms on the inner courtyard side are notably quieter.

All rooms are on the fifth floor, accessed by a lift. Standard double rooms feature a private bathroom with shower, hairdryer, and free toiletries; air conditioning, soundproof walls, a minibar, electric kettle, and trouser press. Superior rooms include a private balcony facing the Duomo and a private sauna (included in the room). Some rooms offer inner courtyard views or city-view balconies. A coffee house and a snack bar are located on the premises. Bottled water is provided daily in the room. Wine and prosecco are available for purchase in the room. The surrounding streets, especially Via Faenza, contain numerous restaurants within a three-minute walk, including Trattoria Mario, Braciere Malatesta, Lobs Fish Restaurant, and a grocery store for self-catering.

The hotel does not have a full spa, swimming pool, or gym. The main wellness feature is the private sauna available in superior rooms, located on the balcony with a view of the Duomo. For standard rooms, the sauna is available at an extra charge (cost depending on length of stay).
