Sea Gull Motel provides multiple room types. Motel units feature one double bed and one queen bed, along with a TV, mini-fridge, and microwave. Deluxe rooms have one queen bed, a full-size sleeper sofa, a TV, and a fully equipped kitchenette with a two-burner stove, microwave, and refrigerator. Two-room efficiencies include one double bed and one queen bed in the large bedroom, a full-sleep sofa in the living room, a fully equipped kitchenette with a two-burner stove, microwave, dishwasher, and large refrigerator, two TVs, and a private balcony. Three-room apartments offer two queen beds, a full-sleep sofa in the living room, a fully equipped kitchen with a convection/microwave oven, a two-burner stove, a large refrigerator with a freezer, and a flat-screen TV in each room. Four-room apartments include two queen beds, a full-sleep sofa in the living room, a fully equipped kitchen with an oven, a four-burner stove, a large refrigerator, a dishwasher, a microwave, an enclosed porch with two-day beds, and a large private deck. Two-bedroom, two-bathroom efficiencies feature a master bedroom with a king-size bed, bunk beds, a private bathroom with a tiled tub and shower, a second bedroom with a queen bed, a full sleeper sofa in the living room, a second full bathroom with a tiled tub and shower, and a fully equipped kitchen with a two-burner electric stove, microwave/convection oven, large refrigerator, dishwasher, kitchen table and chairs, and a TV with DirectTV in each bedroom and living room. Transfer shower units are outfitted with larger doorways, one king bed, a small refrigerator, and a microwave. Common balcony rooms include one queen bed and one double bed in the large bedroom, a full sleep sofa in the living area, a kitchenette area with a two-burner stove, a microwave, and a large refrigerator, two TVs, and a kitchen table. All guestrooms include air conditioning.

Sea Gull Motel features an outdoor swimming pool with 3ft and 6ft sections and a kiddie pool. There are BBQ facilities, picnic areas, and an ocean-view sundeck. The motel also provides free off-street parking (one vehicle per unit), coin laundry, ice machines, and vending machines. Each unit is equipped with a telephone, microwave, and refrigerator. Free Wi-Fi is available in each unit and in-room hairdryers are provided.

Sea Gull Motel is located a half block from the beach, boardwalk, and bike path. It is near several restaurants, arcades, and the Wildwoods Convention Center (8 minutes' walk). Doo Wop Experience and Adventure Pier are nearby. Atlantic City International Airport is 70 km away. Cape May, with nearly 600 preserved Victorian buildings, is close by. A free county park and zoo is a few miles up the Garden State Parkway.

The motel is steps from the 38-block Wildwood boardwalk, which features amusement piers, water parks, specialty shops, restaurants, and arcades. The 2.5-mile wooden walkway offers activities for all ages. Biking is allowed on the promenade from 6 a.m. to 11 a.m.

Balance is due upon arrival via cash, Visa, MasterCard, or money orders. Personal checks are not accepted. Rates are based on the number of persons occupying a room. No visitors are allowed. Parking is not assigned. The management reserves the right to refuse service to anyone and will not be responsible for money, jewelry, or valuables of any kind. Seafood can only be cooked at the outside grill area.
