All rooms include air conditioning, a safety deposit box, free toiletries, and a private bathroom. Rooms are large and some have been described as having a vintage 1950s motel charm, updated with modern amenities. Some units offer a terrace or garden furniture. While the property is older, cleanliness standards are high, though some rooms may have a dated feel. Road-facing rooms can have some noise; rooms at the back are quieter. The property features no elevator, making ground-floor rooms preferable for those with mobility concerns.

While the hotel does not have a restaurant or bar, the surrounding area offers many choices. Italian, Japanese, and American options are all within a 300-meter walk. A grocery store is 700 meters away for self-catering. The hotel provides coffee and tea in the lobby. Bottled water is available for a small fee. For a full breakfast, a popular café across the street serves pastries and coffee.

The pool area is a central feature, often described as an oasis. It is heated, has a shallow end, and is open all year. The hot tub is free to use. The courtyard also includes outdoor furniture and a garden. Board games are available for family entertainment. The property is a short walk from the beach and water taxi stops.
