This property is located in a peaceful, safe neighborhood just one block from the beach. Las Olas Entertainment District and the Galleria Mall are both a short drive away. Hugh Taylor Birch State Park is a 6-minute drive for hiking, biking, and swimming. Several restaurants and bars are within a 5-minute walk. A bus stop located 200 meters away provides connections to downtown and supermarkets.
