Located on a lively pedestrian street, the property is a 13-minute walk from Plaza de Armas, 17 minutes from the Royal Alcázar, and 1 km from La Giralda and Seville Cathedral. Triana Bridge is 1 km away, Isla Mágica 2 km, and Maria Luisa Park 4 km. The airport is 11 km from the building. The immediate area is packed with dining options including Perro Viejo Tapas, Bacalao, Bar Tino, and a McDonald's, all within a 0.5 km radius. A bus stop is just 20 metres away, and the main bus station is a 15-minute walk. For drivers, the nearest parking is the Saba public garage, but the area is best explored on foot. A small downside: the central, lively street is very noisy at night, especially for rooms facing it.

Each apartment includes a separate living room and bedroom, a private bathroom with either a bath or a walk-in shower, and a fully equipped kitchen with a refrigerator, microwave, toaster, kitchenware, and a tea and coffee maker. All units have air conditioning (in both living room and bedroom), soundproofed walls, a washing machine (no dryer; portable clothesline provided), a flat-screen TV, and heating. Most apartments feature a private balcony with city views; only one apartment lacks a balcony, but the public rooftop terrace is available to all. Specific rooms with a private balcony are numbers 201, 202, 401, 501, and 502. Prices increase with floor height. Interior courtyard rooms are much quieter than street-facing ones, which can suffer from constant street noise through the double-glazed windows. Some rooms have no external window at all (interior courtyard), which some users find dark. Bed types are generally two single or a double, and cots are available on request.

The apartment kitchens are fitted with a refrigerator, microwave, toaster, stovetop, electric kettle, and coffee machine with pods. There is no on-site breakfast, restaurant, or bar. However, the location is surrounded by numerous dining options within a 2-minute walk, including tapas bars, burger spots, and a McDonald's. An Aldi supermarket is also a 2-minute walk away, ideal for stocking the fridge. The kitchen includes basic cookware and utensils, though some units lack a dishwasher.

The property's main leisure feature is a large communal sun terrace on the top floor offering panoramic views over Seville's rooftops and historic buildings. There is no swimming pool, spa, gym, or sauna. For outdoor activities, kayaking and canoeing are available in the surrounding area. The well-equipped kitchenette also allows for relaxed in-apartment dining after a day of sightseeing.
