The area is close to TPC Scottsdale, Grayhawk, Troon North golf courses, and McDowell Mountain hiking trails. Desert Botanical Gardens is about 21 km south. Units are generally clean and comfortable, though some note limited closet space and that open sofa beds can block the bathroom entrance. Road-facing rooms may pick up street noise.

The only on-site food and beverage option is Splash, the poolside bar and grill, open from late morning until early evening (typically 18:00-19:00). The menu includes appetizers, sandwiches, salads, smoothies, wine, and beer. No evening dining or bar service is available. Breakfast options are not served on-site; villas with kitchenettes or full kitchens allow self-catering. The nearest restaurants are a short drive away, with many choices in North Scottsdale.

The main pool area features a large pool, waterfalls, and a spacious hot tub. A separate quiet pool is available for those seeking a more relaxing environment. Children have their own spray pool and playground on the south side of the property. The fitness centre is open 24 hours with a range of equipment and free weights. The poolside bar and grill serves food and drinks, and towel service is provided. Pool hours are generally 08:00 to midnight, though seasonal variations may apply. There are no spa or wellness treatment facilities on site.
