The location is practical for university visits, concert venues like PNC Music Pavilion, and speedway events, but the immediate neighborhood is described as having a less secure feel, especially at night.

Each room includes a microwave, small refrigerator, cable TV, work desk, hairdryer, ironing board, and a private bathroom with a shower. Two-bed and one-bed options are available.
