SLEEP TIGHT FLORENCE SUITE, Florence

The apartment sits directly opposite Florence's main train station, making arrival and departure effortless. Most historic landmarks - the Duomo, Piazza della Signoria, Ponte Vecchio, and the Uffizi - are within a comfortable 10-15 minute walk. For a quicker trip, a bus stop 5 minutes away serves the city centre. The surrounding area is filled with convenience stores, supermarkets (Conad nearby), and a 24-hour McDonald's on the corner. The tram from Florence Airport (8 km) stops practically at the door, making this an ideal base for rail and air travellers alike. Despite the central position, the building remains remarkably quiet.

Two suite types are available: a one-bedroom with a whirlpool tub and a sofa bed in the living area, and a two-bedroom with two bathrooms, a sofa bed in the kitchen, and city views. The two-bedroom suite is particularly well-suited for larger groups, offering generous square footage and two separate bathrooms. Both suites feature air conditioning, soundproofing, a private entrance, a balcony with inner courtyard or city views, and parquet floors. Each includes a fully equipped kitchen (stovetop, refrigerator, microwave, kettle, cookware) plus a tea and coffee maker. The hot tub or whirlpool adds a welcome touch of relaxation after a day exploring Florence. Beds are consistently described as comfortable, and the rooms are bright, clean, and modernly decorated.

Guests can prepare simple meals using the stovetop, refrigerator, microwave, and cookware. For eating out, the area immediately around the station offers a variety of restaurants including Alinari Cafe, Ristorante Sushina, Trattoria Mario, and several other options all within 0.3-0.5 km. A 24-hour McDonald's is adjacent for late-night snacks or a coffee. For groceries, a Conad supermarket is a short walk from the building.

The standout wellness feature is the in-suite hot tub or whirlpool bath, available in every apartment. After a day of sightseeing or travel, guests can soak in their own private spa-like setting. The building's lift and soundproofed rooms contribute to a restful environment. No additional on-site leisure facilities such as a gym, pool, or sauna are present; the focus is entirely on the comfort and relaxation of the apartment itself.

The property offers a lift (key-activated), 24-hour security, and CCTV outside. Reception staff speak English, Spanish, and Italian. Pets are not allowed, and the entire building is non-smoking. Luggage storage is available from 10:00 until 18:00 at no charge. Check-in is from 14:00, check-out by 10:00; late self-service check-in is possible if arranged. Accepted payment methods include Visa, Maestro, CartaSi, and MasterCard. No internet or Wi-Fi is available on site. There is no laundry service, but each apartment has an iron and ironing board. The building offers a high level of security and convenience for city-centre stays.
