Gran Via is 400 metres away, Plaza Mayor is 1 km, and Puerta de Alcalá is a 10-minute walk. The location is highly walkable to central attractions and provides excellent metro access, making car use unnecessary. Despite the central nightlife, rooms on upper floors or away from the street tend to offer better quiet conditions. Adolfo Suarez Madrid-Barajas Airport is 13 km away.

The bright, classic-decor apartments feature air conditioning and heating. Kitchens come equipped with an oven, microwave, fridge, washing machine, tea and coffee maker, and cookware. Living areas have a flat-screen TV (no Netflix) and a dining table. Some apartments have windows facing an internal lightwell and may feel darker and less private. Many sofas and sofa beds have been reported as worn or uncomfortable. The single king bed in some units is actually two single mattresses pushed together, which can create a gap. Beds are generally comfortable, but pillows are thin. Bathrooms have either a bath or shower; some have no window and can feel damp. Noise transmission between apartments and from the street is typical, especially in lower-floor front-facing units. Overall, the apartments are practical for a short city break but feel basic and dated.

When booked with a rate that includes breakfast, it is served as a buffet at the Ella Sky Bar restaurant located on Gran Via, 42, about a 10-minute walk from the apartments. The bar is on the 10th floor and offers city views. For those who prefer to eat out, the surrounding Chueca streets are filled with numerous cafés, bars, and restaurants within a few minutes' walk.

There are no wellness or leisure facilities within the apartments. The immediate Chueca neighbourhood and Gran Via area provide ample opportunities for dining, nightlife, and cultural visits. Paid bike tours and walking tours can be arranged through the property.
