Blanc Guest House is set in the lively Gràcia district, just 5 minutes on foot from Passeig de Gràcia Boulevard and a 10-minute walk from Diagonal Metro Station (serving lines L3, L5 and L7). Plaza Catalunya is only two metro stops away. The surrounding area is packed with restaurants, cafés, supermarkets and local markets, all within a 5-minute walk. The street has nightlife activity, with bars and clubs that can produce audible noise until the early hours, especially on weekends. For airport transfers, the Aerobus stop is a 15-minute walk away; the area is also well served by bus routes. The guesthouse is on the first floor, accessible via a staircase above an iron gate.

All rooms include air conditioning, heating, a ceiling fan, a safe deposit box and a flat-screen TV. Bathroom configurations vary by category: some rooms have a private bathroom with shower, hairdryer and free toiletries; others offer a shared bathroom (two bathrooms shared among five rooms). Rooms with a private bathroom often include a sink inside the room for added convenience. Interior-facing rooms have limited or no natural daylight, with small windows opening onto a lightwell or internal courtyard. Exterior-facing rooms offer views of the street or terrace but may be subject to street noise. Rooms on the back side of the property are located directly next to the breakfast area, making them more exposed to early-morning noise from preparation and other visitors. Some rooms are compact, particularly when configured with twin beds. All rooms are cleaned daily with fresh linens and towels provided. On-site bike storage is available upon request.

Breakfast at Blanc Guest House is a continental buffet (available for an additional charge) offering bread, pastries, toast, cold cuts, cheese, yogurt, boiled eggs, fresh fruit, cereal, orange juice, and a coffee machine with espresso options. The selection is simple but filling, suitable for starting a day of sightseeing. Breakfast is served in the dining room and on the sun terrace when weather permits. Coffee, tea, water, and fruit are available free of charge throughout the day until 21:00. There is no on-site restaurant or bar, but the surrounding Gràcia district offers numerous restaurants, sushi bars, and cafés within a 2-minute walk.

Blanc Guest House does not have a swimming pool, spa, or fitness centre. The main leisure feature is a sun terrace equipped with outdoor furniture and garden furniture, suitable for breakfast, reading, or unwinding after a day out. Bicycles can be stored on-site by prior arrangement.

Wi-Fi is available free of charge in all areas. Luggage storage is free, allowing early arrivals or late departures to explore unencumbered. Daily housekeeping is included, with fresh towels and bed linen provided. Express check-in/check-out is available.
