Soggiorno Dell Agnolo is just off Piazza Santa Croce, placing all major sights within easy walking distance: the Cathedral of Santa Maria del Fiore is 700 metres away, Piazza della Signoria an 8-minute walk, and Ponte Vecchio about 10 minutes. The central train station (Santa Maria Novella) is roughly 20 minutes on foot - manageable with light luggage but less convenient with suitcases. Florence Airport is 11 km away; a taxi or tram from the station covers the route. The building fronts a busy street with a bar and restaurant below, so rooms facing the street can receive noise until late. A supermarket (Conad) and several restaurants are within a few steps. The area is within a restricted traffic zone (ZTL), so car access requires a permit, but public transport stops are close by.

Units range from compact studios to spacious two-bedroom apartments accommodating up to six people. All include a private bathroom with shower (some units have a small shower cubicle that may not suit larger guests), a fully equipped kitchen with stovetop, refrigerator, microwave, and coffee machine, as well as a seating area with flat-screen TV. Bed configurations vary: studios with a double bed or two single beds, family rooms with three beds, and apartments with a separate bedroom plus sofa bed in the living area. Metal-framed beds are common and may squeak with movement - some rooms have broken or very worn mattresses. Room conditions vary widely; some are freshly decorated, while others show scuffed paint, dated furniture, and occasional dampness. Several rooms face an inner courtyard and are quieter, while street-facing rooms can be noisy from the bar below. All units are accessed via three steep flights of stairs with no lift. The building has coded entry doors for security.

Each apartment comes with a fully equipped kitchen including a stovetop, microwave, refrigerator, and coffee machine - suitable for preparing meals. Basic kitchenware, cookware, and utensils are provided. The host supplies a few coffee capsules and bottled water on arrival; no breakfast service is available on site. A Conad supermarket a few doors away sells groceries, fresh produce, and prepared food. The street is lined with trattorias, pizzerias, and cafés, including Trattoria Osteria Da Que' Ganzi, La Giostra, and Inferno Ristorante, all within 300 metres. The restaurant directly downstairs offers a discount to guests.

The property has no pool, spa, gym, or garden. The closest leisure option is an ice-skating rink nearby. However, the central location means that the city's museums, galleries, and parks are within a short walk: the Uffizi Gallery (less than 1 km), Accademia Gallery (about 10 minutes), Ponte Vecchio, and Piazzale Michelangelo are all reachable on foot. Walking tours are available in the area.
