The apartment sits directly on the beachfront, with the sand just a few steps away and surfing opportunities nearby. The Casements is 4 km north, and the Daytona International Speedway is a 12-15 minute drive (14 km). Several casual dining options-including Denny's, Duff's Buffet, and Hilton Garden Inn's Grill & Bar-are within 0.5 km, with more choices like McDonald's, Nicola's Pizza & Subs, and sushi restaurants within 0.5 km. A convenience store and shopping are across the street. A car is useful for visiting the Speedway or exploring further, but beach access and daily essentials are walkable.

The apartment includes one separate bedroom, a living room with a sofa bed (total of 3 beds), and a bathroom with both bath and shower. The kitchen is fully equipped with a stovetop, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, tea/coffee maker, and a washing machine/dryer. Additional features include air conditioning, heating, parquet flooring, a flat-screen TV, and outdoor furniture on the balcony (shared, not private). Beach chairs, umbrella, and other equipment are provided, removing the need for rentals. The space is notably larger than photos suggest and is kept very clean. The private entrance and keypad lock allow self-check-in.

Several dining options are within 0.3-0.5 km: Denny's, Duff's Buffet, Hilton Garden Inn's Grill & Bar, McDonald's, Nicola's Pizza & Subs, Veranda Restaurant, China 1, and Miyabi Sushi.
