SPRINGHILL SUITES BY MARRIOTT NASHVILLE DOWNTOWN/CONVENTION CENTER, Nashville

The hotel offers a range of suite configurations, including double rooms with one or two beds, and wheelchair-accessible units with adapted baths or roll-in showers. Rooms are air-conditioned and include a wardrobe, safe deposit box, and a coffee machine. Some suites include a sofa bed and additional seating area. The bathroom includes free toiletries, a bath or shower, and a hairdryer. Carpeted floors are standard. While the rooms are generally described as spacious and comfortable, the air conditioning unit is positioned next to the bed, which may cause direct airflow during use. Some rooms overlook the parking lot rather than city views. The windows have blackout curtains, though light can seep in through gaps during sunrise. Connecting rooms are available upon request. No rooms feature a balcony or in-room jacuzzi.

The hotel's breakfast is included in the stay and currently operates as a grab-and-go service. It includes items such as small water, small orange juice, yogurt, bagel with cream cheese, and two hard-boiled eggs. The breakfast area can become crowded, and popular items may run out during peak times. Three on-site dining options are available: rtb! rooftop bar (dinner and cocktails in a modern setting), AC Lounge (lunch and dinner with American and European cuisine), and Aqua Lyrics (family-friendly, serving brunch, lunch, and dinner). A pool bar operates on Fridays and Saturdays from 12 PM to 10 PM. The pool deck restaurant features heat lamps in the evening. A minimarket is located on site for snacks and toiletries.

The outdoor swimming pool and hot tub are located on the 6th floor and are open throughout the year. The pool bar serves drinks and food on Fridays and Saturdays from 12 PM to 10 PM. The pool area is equipped with sun loungers, pool/beach towels, and a shallow end. The hot tub is not heated but is available year-round. During the cooler months, the pool sits in shade for most of the day, so sunbathing is limited. The fitness centre is free to use and is described as well-appointed with modern equipment. Live music is performed some nights on the property, and the hotel also offers happy hour with an additional charge.

The hotel provides free Wi-Fi throughout the property. Parking is valet-only at a cost of $50-$60 per night plus tax, with in-and-out privileges; no self-parking is available. The parking garage has a 3 m clearance on the first level and 7-1.8 m on levels 2-5. Electric vehicle charging stations are available. Luggage storage is offered on the first floor by the valet team at no extra charge. A 24-hour front desk, ATM, express check-in/out, laundry and dry cleaning services (both with additional charges), meeting/banquet facilities, and a shared lounge/TV area are all available. The hotel is wheelchair accessible, with features such as a lower bathroom sink, raised toilet, grab rails, and visual aids like Braille. The property is non-smoking throughout, with a designated smoking area. A safety deposit box and 24-hour security are provided.
