Situated right across from the Chandler Fashion Mall, this location provides car-free access to extensive shopping, dining, and a Walmart. Numerous restaurants, including Freddy's Steakburgers, Cafe Rio, P.F. Chang's, and Benihana, are within a 0.5 km walk. The hotel is 26 km from Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport, with Sea Life Arizona and Phoenix Zoo 14 km and 22 km away respectively. Parking costs $15 per night; while on-site, the lot has been noted as poorly lit with no cameras and a history of incidents. Walkability is high for errands and meals, but a car is necessary for most city attractions.

All suites include a separate living area with a sofa and work desk, plus a kitchenette with a refrigerator and microwave. The Queen Studio has two Queen beds and a trundle-style sleeper sofa. Rooms feature air conditioning (some units have been reported as loud or insufficient), a TV, and in-room coffee. Bathrooms are private with a hairdryer. The property is older; some units show wear such as stained or worn furniture, broken fixtures, and dated decor, though many find the beds comfortable. Noise from adjacent rooms and the hallway can be an issue. There are no rooms with balconies.

Breakfast is included and served from 6-9 AM on weekdays and 6-9:30 AM on weekends. Options rotate daily and typically include hot items (eggs, sausage, bacon) and cereals, yogurt, and gluten-free muffins. While some periods have seen a grab-and-go format, the breakfast area and quality are generally well-regarded for a hotel of this class. Coffee and tea are available. A 24-hour market offers snacks and drinks. The property has no on-site restaurant or bar; numerous dining options are within a short walking distance.

The outdoor heated swimming pool and adjacent hot tub are available to all guests during set hours (8 AM - 8 PM). The fitness centre is on-site and open 24 hours. Pool and hot tub maintenance consistency has varied. There is no spa or wellness centre.

Free Wi-Fi is available throughout. The 24-hour front desk is staffed in English and Spanish. Services include express check-in/out, daily housekeeping (some reports indicate only every-other-day or upon request), laundry and dry cleaning, fax/photocopying, and a business centre. The lift is available; there are accessible rooms on request. Pack-n-plays are provided upon request. Pets under 34 kg are allowed for a $100 non-refundable fee.
