The ART shuttle also stops nearby (US$6 adult/ US$2.50 child day pass) and runs every 15 minutes. The Anaheim Convention Center is less than five minutes away on foot. Several restaurants, including Denny's, Panini Grill & Bar, and Starbucks, are within 1 km. Angel Stadium is 3 km away; Knott's Berry Farm is about 15 km. The Toy Story parking lot is adjacent, offering free Disney transport. The area is generally safe and well-lit, though some transient presence has been noted near the perimeter. Bus route 5 stops within a short walk for broader Anaheim access.

Rooms feature either a single large room with two queen beds or a suite layout with a separate children's area featuring bunk beds, a sofa bed, and its own TV. All rooms have carpeted floors (some older carpets may show wear), a 27-inch or flat-screen cable TV, ironing facilities, a well-lit desk, and free toiletries. No rooms have a balcony. Air conditioning is present but some units can be noisy or struggle with humidity. The hot tub/jacuzzi is complimentary and often operational, though it has been intermittently closed. Pool towels are available at the front desk. The pool area may become crowded during peak season. No spa or fitness center is on site. The courtyard provides a view of Disneyland fireworks in the evening. Pool closure for maintenance has occurred; an alternative pool at a neighboring sister hotel has been offered during those times.
