Del Monte Golf Club is 2 km away, and Pebble Beach is a 10-minute drive. Bars and restaurants are within 0.5-1 km, including TusCA Ristorante. The location is practical for drivers but less ideal for walking to city centre attractions. Some rooms near the freeway may experience traffic noise.

Room types include double rooms and king suites, with both upstairs and downstairs options (request upon booking). All rooms have air conditioning, heating, a desk, ironing facilities, and a hairdryer. Bedding quality varies; some find the mattress firm, while others consider it comfortable. Pillows are notably firm. Soundproofing between rooms can be limited, and some rooms near the freeway hear traffic. Light-blocking curtains may not fully darken the room. No balconies are available. While some rooms have modern finishes, others show signs of age but are kept clean. Maximum occupancy is 2 guests for standard rooms, with some suites accommodating up to 4.

Stage Coach Lodge does not offer any food service or breakfast. A drink vending machine is located on the property. For dining, TusCA Ristorante is a 5-minute walk (0.5 km) away, and there are numerous bars and restaurants on Alvarado Street about 1 km from the hotel.
